How do I order school labels?

All our products are available online.  Once you've found a label you like, you will have the option of choosing the font, colour scheme, adding your child's name and optionally a phone number.

Are your labels dishwasher safe?

Yes, our labels are waterproof so they are in fact dishwasher safe.  They are also microwave, and freezer safe.  With lamination to make them scratch resistant.

Are Iron-On labels washing machine and dryer safe?

Yes. Our Iron-On labels have been tested in both the washing machine and dryer.  If the instructions were followed correctly, your Iron-On label will last many years, probably longer than the clothes.

What is a printable?

Printables are digital files that you can print at home or at your favourite copy shop.  These files are intended for DIY (do it yourself) party decoration.

What kind of file will I get?

Most of our printables come in a PDF and or JPEG format, so you can print them at home or at your favourite copy shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card and Instant EFT via our payment portal Payfast, a secure 2048-bit encryption online payment processing service in South Africa.

Why can't I collect my parcel at the post office?

Unfortunately parcels seem to "disappear" and never arrive at their destination. The unending strikes and go-slows made us take the decision to only courier our goodies.

Do you ship internationally?

We LOVE international orders, but this being Africa...needs to be sent via courier. Contact Us so that we can organise you a quote. Tracking numbers will be emailed on dispatch so you can keep your eye on your goodies!
